Stephanie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University.  She is a qualified and accredited Life & Success Coach, NLP Certified Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Emotional Freedom Techniques Practitioner. She has explored many areas of study & alternative healing techniques from Energy Healing, Metaphysics, Shadow Work & Integration, Meditation, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction(MBSR), Women’s Circles, Transformational Breath, Psychosomatic Energetics, Ancestral Healing, Sound Healing, Ayahuasca and other Sacred Plant Medicines. 

Stephanie incorporates psychology, metaphysics, intuitive gifts, energy work, many alternative healing techniques, and a Multidimensional Process of healing that she created herself into her coaching.

Stephanie helps millennial women who are starting their spiritual journey to heal and reconnect with who they are in order to be and live authentically. Her practice is grounded on integrity, multidimensional reconnection, energy healing, and intuitive development.
